Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT) has posted a net property income of $80.7 million for 1QFY2009/10 which is 15.8% higher than 1QFY2008/09 due mainly to an enlarged portfolio.
The industrial property trust also says income available for distribution rose 17.9% to $61 million from $51.8 million, leading to a distribution payout for the quarter at 3.62 cents per unit.
